Senior Clinical Delivery Officer – Annual salary £30,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Senior Clinical Delivery Officer to join The MMP Central Management Team based at Eaton Wood Medical Centre – 1128 Tyburn Road, Erdington, Birmingham, B24 0SY.

Midlands Medical Partnership (MMP) is a Birmingham super-partnership currently caring for 70,000 Birmingham Cross-City CCG patients across North and South Birmingham operating out of 11 sites. The partnership was established in April 2009 and continues to grow as a single integrated primary care provider, alongside collaborative working with other similar organisations in our region as part of its strategic forward view.

MMP’s core purpose is “to work within a culture of quality to constantly improve the care and service we give our patients.”

This dynamic partnership has a team of over 200 clinicians and staff, with a fully integrated IT system with centralised organisational functions and strong leadership. We are looking to strengthen our governance function as we develop. The ambition and vision of the partnership is to provide large scale, integrated, multi-specialty care for its patients.

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Clinical Delivery Officer, who will be responsible for the line management of the Clinical Central Target Team along with managing the day-to-day running of work stream including distribution of work within the team.

The successful candidate would act as the main point of contact with the team for the clinical leads in the Clinical Project Team and for the Central Management Team. You would be responsible for ensuring all clinical targets and objectives as given by MMP Board for central delivery are met and full income potential achieved.

  • To support a culture that is focused on the delivery on very high standards of patient care.
  • To be an advanced user of the SystmOne clinical system
  • Responsible for producing and evaluating monthly reports on the position of performance against targets
  • To ensure the quality and accuracy of data for submissions and year end activities
  • Work closely and develop strong working relationships with varying stakeholders both internal and external
  • Help to build, grow and progress the MMP vision.

You would need to be an advanced user (proficiency level) of the SystmOne clinical system and any other third party applications that may be used to meet targets e.g. MSDI.

Team Leader – Annual salary £21,118

Midlands Medical Partnership ( MMP) is a partnership of 17 GPs which provide NHS GP services to over 70,000 patients over 11 surgeries across Birmingham.

We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader at Stratford House Surgery, 578 Stratford Road, Sparkhill, Birmingham, B11 4AN.

To cover shifts ranging from Monday to Friday 8.00am – 8.00pm, Saturday & Sunday 8.00am -12.00noon.

MMP are seeking a professional to join our team. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Team Leader to provide leadership and management support to the site.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the site meets all key national, local and contractual requirements (including Public Health targets, Clinical targets, Key Performance Indicators, Statutory Regulations and CQC requirements).

The Team Leader is responsible for coordinating, managing and developing all staff at the site working with the appointed Senior Regional Officers on planning and development of the managed sites.

Experience of managing a team together with excellent organisational and IT skills is essential. Previous experience of working within healthcare together with a working knowledge of System One would be an advantage although full training will be given.

We are currently recruiting for Receptionist / Administrator at Dudley Park Medical Centre, 28 Dudley Park Road, Acocks Green, Birmingham, B27 6QR.

To cover shifts ranging from Monday to Friday 8.00am – 8.00pm, Saturday & Sunday 8.00am – 12.00 noon.

20 hours per week

Experience of working within a GP surgery or Receptionist role interacting with members of the general public is desirable, full training will be provided. We are looking for staff to join our team, who have a passion for excellent customer service, are well organised, and have strong IT skills. The ideal candidate will have excellent communications skills and must be able to work flexible hours.
